JA: How many miles are on the car? Is it a steady misfire? Or random?
Customer: 150000. Steady misfires
JA: Are you fixing your F150 yourself? What have you tried so far?

Most commonly is spark plugs and coils, but if the misfires continue,check injectors too.

If there are still misfires, then check engine compression.
