The tube connected to the intake manifold has a bolt

Customer Question

the tube connected to the intake manifold has a bolt plugging it on the other end .... where does it connect on my 2001 Ford Ranger 2.3
JA: Are you fixing your Ranger yourself? What have you tried so far?
Customer: yes it has a rough idle --- I recently change the plugs thinking that this would solve the problem I located the hose (tube) that is connected to the intake manifold but don't know where the other should be attached.....
JA: Most cars have two fuse panels. Which are you looking for -- under the dash or under the hood?
Customer: under the hood
JA: Anything else you want the mechanic to know before I connect you?
Customer: thats it
