1989 F-250 7.3 diesel I have no voltage going to the fuel

1989 F-250 7.3 diesel I have no voltage going to the fuel shut off solenoid on the injection pump when I hook the jumper wire from the battery to the shut-off solenoid it starts right up the voltage that goes to the fuel shut off solenoid I believe goes through a fusible link or maxi fuse before it goes to the fuel shut off solenoid where is that fusible link or maxi fuse located so I can replace it
