I have a Ford 500 hundred and I changed the battery and the alternator it started but died I think it's not charging
JA: Have you changed a battery before?
Customer: This the first time and I bought a brand new
JA: What is the model/year of your Ford?
Customer: 2005 500
JA: Are you fixing your vehicle yourself? What have you tried so far?
Customer: Yes and I changed the alternator twice the first one I got was bad and the second was good but the car still died
