Customer Question

My brake lights and parking lights are working, but my headlights will not work. It just happened two days ago.
JA: Have you checked the fuses? Have you checked the bulbs?
Customer: It's hard to check the headlight relay fuse because I cant see through it. The other fuses look fine. How would I check my bulbs other than looking in on them?
JA: What is the model/year of your Ford?
Customer: 2002 xlt with a Sohc
JA: Are you fixing your vehicle yourself? What have you tried so far?
Customer: Yes. I've tried checking all the fuses and ensuring that the bulbs didn't have any broken strands inside.
JA: Anything else you want the mechanic to know before I connect you?
Customer: No maam.
