JA: What is the model of your '02 Ford?
Customer: changed the dimmer module and now the insturment panel lights wont come on explorer sport trac
JA: Just to clarify, what are the exact lights you're talking about?
Customer: the whole instument pamel illumination lights
JA: Are you fixing your Explorer Sport yourself? What have you tried so far?
Customer: yes, the dimmer module was blown (i opened it up and found broken electrical bits) so I replaced it with a used one
JA: Anything else you want the mechanic to know before I connect you?
Customer: i think that's it

Do you own a volt meter so we can do some tests?

It is possible we need to diagnose fuses and wiring to the dimmer module.
