How to get the sync update,I log in to my account in owner ford but I could not find it,they said your sync up to date
But I get this message in My ford touch every time (Bad installation file)I need to re download the update to fix the issue,

Have you tried
If that does not work, you may have to go to your local dealership and have them reprogram your SYNC. You may have gotten a corrupt file when you downloaded the files. Just tell them what is going on, do not tell them what you have done and they should reprogram your SYNC system under warranty.

Thats why I asked you to help me get the update
I have gone to my dealer,they told me to wait and gave me an appointment after one month
I can give you the Vin number
If you could profide me the download link
Or the sync file

That I cannot get unless I have my Ford IDS scan tool connected to the vehicle to be able to down load the file to a flash drive. The information is vehicle specific and is based off the version already installed in your vehicle which the Ford IDS scan tool will tell me.
