Been working on my car and the anti theft will not let me

Customer Question

Been working on my car and the anti theft will not let me start it. I have a 2010 for edge.
JA: Have you checked the battery, particularly the terminal connections? Are they corroded?
Customer: Just replaced all the cables for corroded cables.
JA: Are you hoping to fix this yourself? What have you tried so far?
Customer: Replaced battery cables and starter.
JA: Anything else you think the mechanic should know?
Customer: Not that I know of... A friend put it on a scanner and it shows the anti theft is locked.
