Won't smog having issue in one cylinder. Smog man said one spark plug is failing but said it multiple errors on the smog check. He said he can diagnose it but I have a Boush OBD

The obd II plug should be just below the steering column in the lower dash cover, and may have a plastic cover that you have to pull off to get to the plug.
