Hello, is this a capless fuel filler neck?
Ok, use the fuel filler neck tool that is stowed with the spare tire equipment and try to open and close the filler neck a few times. If the system has a very small leak in the filler eck, the tool(looks like a little funnel) will pop the flap closed. It will take a number of key cycles to see the system stopped leaking to turn the light off. Or Disconnecting the battery for a few minutes. If the light comes back on, there is a small leak in the evaporative emissions system which will need to be tested using a dealer style scan tool and a smoke machine to push smoke into the system and inspect for leaks.
