JA: Have you checked the fuse?
Customer: is there a separate fuse just for the front running lights?

I have noticed that your question was not getting a response and thought I would see if you still need help with this.I apologize for the delay and I hope I can still assist you with this here. The power to the front park light comes from the headlamp switch on the brown wire , start first with checking to see if it has power with the headlamps on at the light socket and if so make sure you have a good ground at both sockets on the black wire. See the wiring diagram in the link below for reference . Have a look and post back with your results and we can work from there if need be.
