My dog chewed a hole in the fuel line, section that runs between the pump and the filter. 2007 F-150 Harley Davidson edition. Trying to pin down a part number
JA: When did you last fill the tank? And do you smell gasoline around the engine?
Customer: Of course, we'd just filled it up
JA: Are you hoping to fix this yourself? What have you tried so far?
Customer: Nothing yet. Went to the local Ford dealer, and he told us the part will cost $285. Trying to find it cheaper online
JA: Anything else you think the mechanic should know?

Take a look at this diagram. The part I think you need is either the big line in blue or the little flex line in red. Which does it looks like to you?
