Customer: YES THE CAR CAME IN WITH IT. WE COULD NOT RESET THE ORIGINAL MODULE AND NOW THE NEW MODULE IT IS A HARD CODE WONT RESET

I am here yes. the OSCM isn't part of the RCM it is under the passenger seat mounted to the seat base. is this what you replaced? Sometimes it has to be replaced as part of the seat track.

That is what I replaced. The seat track is two separate parts inboard and outboard 400.00$ each

I'm sorry for the delay. if the new module is also showing a b1342 I would have ford swap out the module under warranty and get a new one.
