JA: Just to clarify, what's the exact code? And have you tried to reset it?
Customer: I don't have the code, I forgot it after I made it a personal code
JA: What is the model/year of your Ford?
Customer: 2015 Ford F250 platinum
JA: Are you hoping to fix this yourself? What have you tried so far?
Customer: I want to fix it myself, was trying to find out how i could get the factory code
JA: Anything else you think the mechanic should know?

The factory code is stored in the BCM (Body Control Module) or better known as the dash fuse box. You will need a scan tool that the dealerships se to access the BCM to get the factory door code. Ford used to place it on a decal on the BCM, but they no longer do that. You will have to stop by your local dealership and have them access the BCM to get the code, that is if you no longer have the small card in the owners manual that has the 5 digit door code printed on it.
