Electrical panel goes blank and loses power when I shut the car off and take the key out the lights flash on and off until I turn the hazord lights on and off.
JA: Is the power loss consistent, or does it fluctuate?

JA: What is the model/year of your Ford?
Customer: 2005 ford fivehundred
JA: Are you hoping to fix this yourself? What have you tried so far?
Customer: replaced the battey it worked for a day now back to same problem.
JA: Anything else you think the mechanic should know?
Customer: it seems all electrical goes out with this problem doesn't charge the bettery when the problem starts

Hello, from what you have written down I would suspect you have an issue with the charging system. If the diodes fail in the alternator they create a lot of different issues like this. I would have the diodes in the alternator tested and I think that is what you need to correct your concern.
