Most likely the rear shock/strut top mounting bolts that hold the shock to the car. Its not an expensive fix and you can just stop by any repair shop to have them look at it. You DO NOT have to take it to the dealer because it will cost a lot more.

Not at all. Its a very common problem but just get it in when you can because it will get louder over time and will wear that tire out sooner than it should.

Its definitely in that shock/strut area. At worst, the top mount will need replaced.
Yes it does. If the top mount is either just loose, or the top mount is worn, it will make the exact same type noise.
It just has to be looked at to see which one is causing it.
