HO2S heater power (12v) circuit is open (check the fuse in related fuse box)
HO2S heater control circuit is open, shorted to ground or shorted to voltage
HO2S heater ground circuit is open
Check for a low battery voltage condition
HO2S connector is damaged (check pins for damage, and for moisture)

PCM has failed

Have you checked for power down to the oxygen sensor?

Expert:  AMEDEE replied 5 months ago.

You could just have a blown fuse or a wiring issue going to the oxygen sensor causing this code provided the new oxygen sensor is in fact good (I have seen bad new parts right out of the box).

Okay sorry it took so long to get back. I did a thorough check and I am not getting power to the fuse box on #18 fuse. So therefore it continues to throw the code.
Expert:  AMEDEE replied 4 months ago.
Hello and thank you for that information. If there is power going into the fuse box but no power on fuse 18, then the fuse box is bad and needs to be replaced.
Customer: replied 4 months ago.
Thanks. I'll double check again then may have to replace. Thanks
