Not to seem foolish, but it's safe to assume that you have checked the bulbs right?

Are you getting any power at the sockets? Do you have a multi-meter?

First check fuse #12 in the underhood fuse box.

From there you will need a multi-meter to test the headlight switch and multi-function switch.
