Hello, do you have an aftermarket alarm installed in this vehicle? The running lights are flashing when the vehicle is off? WIll it run and lights turn off when running?

Give me a moment, im on the phone with a customer and be with you shortly. So it sounds like the factory alarm is going off, do you have a key fob to disarm the alarm system and it still wont stop blinking? Not a hazzard flasher issue?

no to all

Ok sorry for the delay. If you disconnect the battery, turn the key to the on position and reconnect the battery and see if the flashing lights stop.
