Have a 2009 f150 and have water in the gas tank. Tried bypassing so the fuel pump won't shut off and it runs constant but the fuel is barely coming out of the shrader valve on the fuel rail. I took off the cap and took the valve out all the way.

Why don't you just unhook the fuel line where it meets at at the rail and dumped from ther Le locate the fuel pump relay and jump it for there ,60 secs at time and hook a battery charger to it

unless the pump is weak and lost pressure , u can hook up a fuel pressure teste and fuel pressure
