1999 f350 7.3 1st engine thru #5 rod at 110,000 miles ,2nd engine ,new crate thru #5 rod with just 66,000miles all stock no tuners what is causing this?

Hello, If cylinder 5 has failed more than once I would suspect the injector itself is to blame. Was the injector ever replaced with the engine.
