I have a 2002 F150 Crew cab, neither the horn or the curse work. I have replace the relay fuse, but still no luck.

Have you worked with air bags before? If not, I wouldn't do this because it can hurt you. I would have a mechaanic that ha worked with them do the work,

Most likely since you lost both items and they work off the steering wheel, I would suspect an issue with the clock spring. I would test the clock spring for power and the ground to see if you have both going to the clock spring. If you do, then I would replace the clock spring.
