greetings, These trucks have a fuel pump driver module located by the spare tire, did you check what it looks like?The FPDM on these trucks are known to corroded and fail.

Ford sells the kit to treat the mount and install the FPDM. You can also purchase them aftermarket for less and mount them better somewhere else if you are handy.
