Customer: The truck has 186k on it. I have new phasers, new vct solenoids, new timing chains, new tensors, new guides etc. All in the past year. Phasers and solenoids only 5 months old. I have no knocking at low speeds when warm

Have you had the oil pressure checked with a manual gauge?

I have not. But oil pump was replaced when timing chain was

It isn't the oil pump that causes low oil pressure on these engines, it is usually wear on the camshaft bearing journals and the crankshaft main bearing journals, this drops the oil pressure enough that the cam phasers don't operate properly when the engine gets hot.
