hello, you verified no loss of fuel pressure with a gauge? no diagnostic trouble codes in memory or on demand testing?
Customer: replied 6 months ago.
brand new fuel pump an no codes except abs it runs like timing retarded or plugged cat. when you take off from a lightyou can mash it down half throttle an bogs for few second an then it cuts loose and really goes like it should but slow down to a stop an repeats

Ok I was thinking a possible restricted exhaust, have you tried loosening the exhaust to create an exhaust leak and improve performance? Verified fuel pressure is good and no codes?

No I loosened exhaust no change just a lot of noise and I'm lost ?
Expert:  HDGENE replied 6 months ago.
Ok, long as fuel pressure is good, no codes are stored, no problem with a clogged catalytic convertor. Either an issue with the base engine/timing chain jumped time or something else is wrong with the electronic engine control system that your scan tool isnt pickup up. It passes a key one engine off and key on engine running test?
