1992 f150 5.0L E40D. Has misfire when fully warmed up at about 1300-1600 RPM under light load like going up slight hill. Compression all good plugs new cap and rotor, fuel filter, wires. Newer engine. About 30,000 km.

There is a 3 pin electric connector and a green vacuum line. Bolts to plenum.

Yes remove vacuum line and plug it then test drive.

Remove the EGR and see if its stuck partially open. It sounds like a classic EGR problem. Especially since you are going uphill on partial throttle.

Have you checked for vacuum leaks?

Get a can of carburetor cleaner and spray around intake while car is idling see if idle changes.

No vacuum leaks, EGR closes ok.
Keep in mind only happens when fully warmed up. 20 mins. Of driving
