I have a 2001 for explorer sport trac, my windshield wiper just stop working, what could be the problem, could be a fuse, or gim which one

Hi there.First, with the ignition and wipers on, check that there's power at fuse 16 (30A) in the central junction box located under driver's side instrument panel. If there is power, but the wipers still won't work, then I could guide you through a short diagnostic process that would tell us the root cause of the problem, be it the wiper switch, relay or Generic Electronic Module (GEM) - caveat being you would have to use a voltmeter.Please let me know how you would like to proceed.
