There are two methods to get the factory keyless entry door code that is permanent to the vehicle and cannot be erased. Either stop by any Ford/Lincoln dealership and have a technician in the service department hook up the IDS scan tool and retrieve the code. Or you can remove the drivers door panel and see if the decal is still on the drivers door module which will have the 5 digit code. Those are the only two ways to get it as Ford does not keep them on file for the keyless entry door code. They do retain the metal key code.
