April 8th ford excursion v10 6.8ltr started running rough, stopped charging, engine died.
replaced the bad alternator, drive 1,230 miles and its starting to happen again. Why?

Hi. Did you verify that the alternator fuse is good? And that you have power on the orange/light blue wire and the light green/red wire at the alternator with the key in the ON position?
