Hello, your governor or speed limiter tops out about 103mph. This is due to the tires that limit the speed. If you had an aftermarket programmer installed you can always remove the speed limiter.

Thank you, ***** ***** like the factory tires for your vehicle are P rated originally. This sets your governor around 90mph. This is due to the tires aren't safe above this speed. Even though the tires are different from when new the governor is still the same until programmed to something different.
