Customer Question

Along with greeting, I write to you in order to communicate this next problem…
Please help me
I have a ford edge SEL 2013, 3,5L, 15.000 kms. The case is this: When I tried to use my heat and defroster, driver side no working, the driver side vents only blew cold air, however, the other side work fine, blew heat air.
The biggest problem is that when it's raining, I can't defrost my windshield because the driver side will immediately frost up due to the cold air blowing and because of that I can't see to drive.
Please, could you help me with some tips to resolve this problem?
I’ll be waiting a response
Thank you very much for your time and response.

You most likely have something wrong with the LH temperature blend door actuator. Here are instructions on removing it incase it needs to be replaced.Once you gain access to it, see if it moves when you turn the heater control off and on. If not, check to see if voltage is making it to it and if so, replace that LH temperature blend door actuator.

Here are the wiring diagrams, power to the actuator should be on the orange/black wire if manual ac.Red/yellow wire if auto ac.

Did you get that fixed?
Customer: replied 1 year ago.
Dear *****, I checked your indication, I retired the actuador, which proved it outside, and its works fine. Later I measured the voltage in the point 6-7 points and the voltage is zero.
What I can do now?
Where is the module DTAC HVAC, to revise the 8 and 9 points.
Best regards
