Have a 2003 F250 SuperDuty with 7.3 Powerstroke Diesel

Customer Question

Have a 2003 F250 SuperDuty with 7.3 Powerstroke Diesel motor. It only had 65K so still a baby in the motor's eyes. Anyhow...Just stopped on day. Crank no start. Changed the fuel filter and drained...nothing...Changed the Cam Position Sensor...nothing. Seems as though a system is not allowing power to the fuel pump as the filter/water separator is not filling. Whats next?
