Hello my name is Scott

The way we check for fuel in the crankcase is to put dye in the fuel at the secondary fuel filter, then use a black light with the valve covers off and look for dye around the fuel injectors. This is what we usually find is a fuel injector that is leaking under the valve cover into the crankcase.

Does this make sense to you?

Ok that make sence, so whats the worst scenario I just want to know if is going to be worth it to fix it or just get a new truck
Customer: replied 11 months ago.
Could be just the injector?
Expert:  Scott W. replied 11 months ago.

Yes, that is what I suspect is you have one fuel injector leaking into the crankcase.

The worse case is to keep driving it and burn a piston or have the engine runaway.

If it is just a fuel injector, definately worth fixing.
