Hello, water in the oil is caused by front cover cavitation. To test you can drain the oil and leave the oil plug out. Pressurize the cooling system. It will begin to leak out of the oil pan while the drain plug is out. That will verify the front cover is cavitated. You can also remove the water pump and inspect for cavitation as this is where it happens.
