2011 f150 blower motor will not run on max a/C or with fan on high speed have replaced fan motor rister twice without change

Changed the fan motor resister twice with no change. No codes are registering. Scanner showing good voltage to eat. On max a/c blower will run for approx 5 seconds turn off then approx 1 to 2 min will come back on for the 5 seconds and off again

Ok, here is a pinpoint test for your concern, it could be the FCIM or the blower speed controller, we have replaced a bunch of these speed controllers in the past, but run this test anyway. What concerns me is it was working on high, but not low, now it won't work on high, I am wondering if they gave you the correct part? Was it a Ford part? This test will find out for sure what needs to be replaced.
