Hello, when you turn the key to start does the theft light blink rapidly?

Customer: replied 9 months ago.
It blinks every 2 seconds which is normal right? Checked fuses all okay. Disconnected battery and reconnected.
Expert:  James replied 9 months ago.

That is normal. First thing I would do is charge or try jump starting the battery. If the battery is good I would suspect you have a starter that has gone bad.
