Hello my name is Scott

Is it wind noise? Or does it sound like a possible bearing type noise?

Customer: replied 1 year ago.
I first thought bearing but now think wind when it was worse with the windy conditions yesterday.

OK, here is a noise that is wind related, easy to try, apply masking tape to see if the noise is gone on cowl panel, if it is, replace the cowl panel assy. Obviously with me not being there, I can't say 100 percent for sure this is your noise, but definately worth taping off and driving to see if the noise changes or is gone.
