Fuse 10 inside the vehicle controls the park lamps in the rear of the vehicle fuse 30 controls the park lamps to the front. It sounds like fuse 40 is going to be blown causing the rear park lamps not to work. Fuse 13&15 control the turn signals as well. Fuse 13&15 also controls the brake lamps. Since the brake lamps work for some reason you aren't getting power to the turn signals. On this vehicle it is common for the turn signal switch to fail. That's what it sounds like to me.
