Customer Question

I have a 2006 ford f 250 5.4 gas, I shut the truck of and it would not restart. the fuel pump stopped working. I replaced the fuel pump, the fuel pump relay and the fuel control module. the fuses are good. there is power on the hot side of the pump, seems to be no ground at the pump. if I run a wire from ground to the pump the voltage stops

What lead you to replace the fuel pump and the other parts? Did you test the engine computer for any trouble codes before you replaced these parts?
