Customer Question

I have a 2000 Ford truck 250 Super Duty with a 5.4 motor - will not heat up. Put a new
radiator, thermostat, and water pump - still no pressure in the radiator - new cap. Back
flushed the whole system, heater core included. Would like to have any suggestions that
might be the problem.

What are you basing your information on?
The temperature gauge?
The heat from the vents in the dash?
I need to know this because I physically cannot see your vehicle.

Warm heat only-not getting hot even after running truck for miles and then checking there is still no pressure in the radiatior - new cap

What is the outside temperature in your area?
So you are getting really no heat from the dash vents or defroster vents?

Does the temperature gauge move on the dash?
