I'm so sorry I have oil in coolant and can it be the oil cooler ?

Sounds like the engine oil cooler is the problem.The egr cooler does not have oil running through it.

You can just replace the oil rings on it.

It is located on the driver side just above oil pan.No special tools required.Labor less than 2 hours.
