Hello. My name is ***** ***** I will be helping you today.

What do you mean?

Customer: replied 10 months ago.
When the outside weather temperature drops in winter months, something electrical sticks. The battery charging light comes on & my electrical. It comes back on as soon as the engine warms up, but driving in cold weather makes the charging system continue to cut of & on repeatedly. What can that be ?

I dont understand what you mean by sticks

Customer: replied 10 months ago.
My windows, locks, windshield wipers & all electrical components do not work while battery light is on.
Expert:  Wayne Crawford replied 10 months ago.

OK. And have you checked the voltage while the battery light is on and verified that the alternator is not charging?

Customer: replied 10 months ago.
It's not the alternator, this electrical problem has persisted for over 5 years already
