Disconnect the alternator. Are you comfortable with testing using a volt Ohm Meter. Also, make sure there is no dirt, dust or moisture on top of the battery.
Disconnected alternator draw was still over 12 volts. will be continuing in am. And yes about meter.

Hey john using a snap on multimeter I have roughly 2.50 ma constantly changing from about 1.97 to 2.56.
Gonna run thru fuse pull again just to make sure I didn't miss one.
Hey john forgot to take key out of ignition. That's when it was changing. with key out I have 1.61 ma draw.
i missed one lol it was cold outside. Got it in the shop now. If I pull fuse number 25 on the inside fuse box it drops to .05 ma. I don't have an owners Manuel. Fuse 25 inside box ?
All data shows gem mod instrument cluster. ?
Unplug gem drops to .05 ma.

If I unplug in harness from gem draw is gone. If I plug in in harness and unplug out harness draw is gone. Seems to me like I need cluster ? You there ?
