My ford Escape vehicle's anti-theft alarm won't let me start

Customer Question

My ford Escape vehicle's anti-theft alarm won't let me start there vehicle. It was OK until I towed the vehicle on a tow dolly now it won't start to drive it down. I disconnected the battery, I open and close all the doors shut, open the door with key, opened with the remote as well.
