my 94 ford ranger, stopped on the way to work and now wont start, i've relaced the coil distributor cap and rotor and the icm, i dont know what else to check

Have you tried to get it to start with starting fluid?

no, its got fuel pressure, when i crank it, i see maby 1 spark then thats all

There is a TSB for the ignition control module connector. Does the connector look good?

i took the old one to autozone and it failed the test and put on the new one with no result

This is about all that's left that I can think of off the top of my head. In these situations, we usually just replace the distributor as a whole.
