The 266 is usually due to a bad injector. The 2617 is usually a bad cam or crank sensor.
Either could cause your running issues.
Does your scan tool show live data or just codes?
Do you have a multimeter?
Actually a meter wont even be needed. For the 2617 there is a FICM software update that needs done before doing any testing. You will have to take it to a dealer or shop to do that.. I recommend the dealer on reflashing modules.
As far as the other code can you check the compression on cylinder 2?
