Considering what you have replaced it sounds like a possible head gasket problem as only other thing in system that would cause overheating is the radiator. Have you done a pressure test or block test to check for leaking head gasket?

Yes it's not the head gasket.

Did you do both a block test to check for exhaust gas in coolant and a pressure test? Have you checked radiator for being clogged? Those are about the only options left unless you have air in system.
