Hello, So you have spark since it runs with starter fluid. It is unusual for it to not have injector pulse since you have spark and should have an rpm signal unless there is an issue with the pcm or the wire harness. Do you have access to a scan tool to check for codes on this eec iv system? Does the check engine light come on when the key is turned to on and go out when cranking?
