i have a 2005 ford mustang gt,my brake light and my abs light on, but only some time,it will go out and the trac control comes on when the abs goes out

Ok, the abs modules on the mustangs are not uncommon, so it wouldn't surprise me if they were correct. The fact that there is no communication with the module makes that a very likely possibility. Before you commit to that though check fuse 18 in the interior fuse box it should be a 10 amp and check fuses F1.65 30amp and F1.7 40amp under the hood. If those check out good then your dealership was correct.
