2001 ford f150 with speedometer gauge Fluctuate problem.

Customer Question

2001 ford f150 with speedometer gauge Fluctuate problem. Fluctuate problem on rpm, coolant and battery gauges. My question is that if I need to program the cluster and if I program two new keys will the truck run? I have a key programming tool that works good on programming this type of keys but not sure if it will work by using a different used cluster.

Installing a used cluster and having it programmed should work with no issues. Once you program your keys to the cluster it should operate like a new vehicle. You shouldn't have any issues at all.
